All orders are shipped from our headquarters in LONDON. International Shipping is $25.00. Shipping within the UK is $10.00 

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties/taxes charged by their country. If returning an item for exchange, customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the return item to London. We recommend insuring return packages as Romp will not be responsible for any lost or damaged return packages. You may return for exchange only any products* purchased via the Website, that are unwashed, unworn, have the tags attached and be in resalable condition, by trackable mail/courier within 7 days of the date you receive the Products. Goods must be returned to our headquarters in London. For return information please email rompboutique@gmail.com. 
CUSTOM items made to your measurements or requirements, are strictly non-returnable. 

Please ensure that all Products returned are suitably packed for shipment, in case of water damage in transit. Please ensure that any Products returned are accompanied by your receipt and appropriate shipping documents which can be obtained from rompboutique@gmail.com.

*Any items returned that appear worn or used will not be accepted. Due to the delicate nature of our materials, we recommend taking care not to damage with make up. Items stained with make up will not be accepted for exchange. Items are not returnable after the 7 day period. Reduced items (items purchased on sale or with a discount code) are final sale. 

Custom made, special order, one-off items* are non returnable.
