You may return for exchange only any products* purchased via the Website, that are unwashed, unworn, have the tags attached and be in resalable condition, by trackable mail/courier within 7 days of the date you receive the Products. Goods must be returned to our headquarters in the South of France. For return information please email email@example.com.
Please ensure that all Products returned are suitably packed for shipment, wrapped in plastic in case of water damage in transit. We recommend that you insure any Products that are returned to us by mail as we will not be liable for any damage or loss during transit. Please ensure that any Products returned are accompanied by your receipt and appropriate shipping documents which can be obtained from romp firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any items returned that appear worn or used will not be accepted. Due to the delicate nature of some of our materials, we recommend taking care not to damage with make up. Items stained with make up will not be accepted for exchange. Items are not returnable after the 7 day period. Reduced items (items purchased on sale or with a discount code) are final sale.
Custom items* are non returnable.
